Backattack Snacks was founded to provide consumers a healthy snack alternative without the need for a PhD in chemistry to understand what they are eating. Owner Brian Back brings over 15 years of professional culinary experience including Chef de Tournant, Saucier Chef, Marketing Chef, and Culinary Instructor throughout the Ohio region. Co-owner Lauren Back brings 10 years of educational leadership and training experience to Backattack Snacks.
Patricia Dennison, owner of Palmer Place Fine Teas began her tea journey as a child drinking tea with her Scottish grandmother. She later pursued a career in the tea industry, achieving certifications as a Tea Sommelier & Tea Blender. This wealth of knowledge has enabled her to source and blend loose leaf teas and botanicals from some of the world's finest growers. It is our mission to enrich the existing tea aficianado's palate & crteate new tea lovers alond the way.

MinusG, established in 2015, is a dream coming true. My name is Katherine Krage, a 5th generation baker and I'm living without compromise! I've always loved to bake and design. As a child you could find me in the kitchen trying my hand at a new recipe or in front of a drawing board. In 2004, I was diagnosed with celiac disease and in my search to find a gluten-free equivalent for both sweet and savory bakery items, I started formulating my own gluten-free baking mixes. My friends and family were so impressed; they were not only eating gluten-free, but loving every bite.
The lack of tasty gluten-free options in the market has been the driving force behind MinusG. It's my passion is to share how all can have exceptionally great-tasting food for those with celiac disease, and to provide solutions to those who struggle with allergies and their health. I'm dedicated to make the best gluten-free mixes money can buy and to develop recipes so you can make your favorite meals again. What started as a fix for my own diagnosis, has now reached into many homes.
It's my hope to break the stereotype by making gluten-free baking mixes that not only taste outrageously delicious, but are non-GMO, and plant-based, so you can live your life without compromise. Now everyone can enjoy eating, it’s surprisingly gluten-free.

My Mindful Market makes a delicious bite-size snack that is both gluten-free and dairy-free, and has a surprisingly soft texture. Our Bites are composed of organic simple ingredients; oats, seeds, nuts and honey. The Bites do not contain re-fined sugar, sodium, preservatives or artificial flavoring. Our mission is to provide our community with Mindful snacking options that not only have minimal ingredients, but also rank high as a local hometown favorite.
