2022 Vendor Registration

Thank you for your interest in the Wigs for Kids Health, Beauty, Wellness Expo and Market Place. The Expo is Saturday, June 11, 2022, 10 AM – 5 PM. Vendor set-up is from 8:15-9:45 AM.

Please complete the form below to register for the Expo. You can either submit payment through PayPal, Credit Card, or mail a check (make checks payable to Wigs for Kids and please put “Vendor Expo” in the subject line) to Tom Greiner, Wigs for Kids, 24231 Center Ridge Road, Westlake, OH  44145.

Wigs for Kids is a non-profit organization that has been providing wigs to children who have experienced hair loss due to medical conditions. And, doing so at no cost to them.

Vendors fee is $100. Vendors will receive an 8’ x 8’ space and 1 table. Additional tables are available for rent at $10 each.
